'I saw a need to create pathways for people with a disability'

Matilda Mason has cerebral palsy and epilepsy but she's working to empower young women with disabilities who have dreams of playing professional sport. She says she wants to make sure they know they can achieve their goals and that "not everything is going to stop them".
