Okoe-Boye blames local contractors for delay in completion of Agenda 111 projects

Minister of Health Dr. Bernard Okoe-Boye has explained that the lack of capacity by some local contractors is a major contributory factor for the slow pace of the completion of the Agenda 111 projects.
