But three years ago her world was turned upside-down after a shock health diagnosis.
At the age of 25, Caragh was forced to turn down a “dream teaching position” after being diagnosed with lupus – a chronic autoimmune condition that results in severe inflammation.
Caragh was told she may need to undergo chemotherapy after developing extreme joint pains and blisters.
But, after researching the linked between gut health and inflammation, she changed to a healthy diet.
And three years later, with her lupus conditions now a thing of the past, Caragh has released a cereal that encourages gut health and avoids processed ingredients.
Dad Keane has even been promoting the snack, gifting it to colleagues including Ian Wright and Gary Neville on the Stick to Football podcast.
He said: “My daughter Caragh has got a company with health stuff. I am proud, very proud.”

Wright was particularly delighted with the gift, exclaiming: “I’m really pleased because of what she’s gone through and, I’m not just saying it, it tastes good. I’m really pleased for her.”
Caragh’s company Superkeen highlights her health battle on its website.
Caragh said: “My life was flipped upside down when I was told that I had an autoimmune condition back in 2021.
“I had always been passionate about sports and health and I couldn’t cope with the fact that I had lupus. I felt a lot of shame and blamed myself for it.
“At 25 years old, I had to turn down my dream teaching position due to extreme joint pain, alopecia, and painful blisters that appeared all over my face and body.
“I had been told that I’d have to wear long sleeve tops and avoid going out in the sun and that I would have to spend the rest of my life on immuno-suppressants and potentially chemotherapy.

“My family and friends saved me during this time and I took that fear that I felt and put it towards researching everything I could about how to get better.
“Through this research, I discovered the vital link between diet and gut health and I started eating in the most anti-inflammatory and gut-friendly way possible.
“And after just two months of changing my diet and lifestyle, I started to heal. It is now three years on I am so grateful for where I am today! My health journey has led me to create Superkeen.
“Superkeen is the most inclusive food brand in the UK and we are proud to be the first Auto-immune Friendly (AIP) brand in the UK. I am on a mission to help others and to create tasty, nutrient-dense, feel-good products for everybody to enjoy.”
