Vanderbilt hysterically trolled Nick Saban on the jumbotron after shocking Alabama upset

Vanderbilt football made history on Saturday as the Commodores stunned No. 1 Alabama in a 40-35 victory in Nashville.

What made the win that much sweeter for Vandy fans was how the stadium’s jumbotron trolled Alabama coaching great Nick Saban after the upset.

The Vanderbilt jumbotron played a clip from ESPN’s The Pat McAfee Show where Saban issued a pretty direct diss to the atmosphere at Vandy’s FirstBank Stadium for opposing teams.

“The only place you play in the SEC that’s not hard to play is Vanderbilt,” Saban told Pat McAfee a couple of weeks ago to laughs from on set.

Well, the Commodores got the last laugh by topping Alabama and playing this very clip inside the stadium Saban insulted after the win.
