1 player prop for each NFL Week 9 game, including Jahmyr Gibbs' rushing yards against the Packers
Jordan Love was a limited participant for the Green Bay Packers at Thursday’s practice, leaving his status for Sunday’s divisional clash against the Detroit Lions in limbo.
His potential absence only makes it more likely Jahmyr Gibbs extends his streak of two straight games with at least 115 rushing yards. With his rushing yards prop at just 66.5 for the game, the over should be a cakewalk.
The Lions are already 2.5-point favorites over Green Bay. The likelihood of Detroit leaning on a run-heavy approach only increases if Love is out, because Malik Willis isn’t likely to force Detroit into a negative game script.
Even if Love plays, Detroit’s defense is good enough to make life difficult for the Packers. On the other side, I expect the Lions to continue pounding the rock with Gibbs and for the second-year back to have another big game.
Now let’s get into my favorite props from every other Week 9 game.
