Walmart reunites Gilmore Girls Luke, Lorelai, and Kirk in awesome holiday ad
The fall and winter has always belonged to the Gilmore Girls, whether that was back when the show aired on the WB from 2000-2007 or more recently as the seven-season drama made it onto Netflix. The beloved series followed fast-talking and quick-witted mother-daughter duo Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel) Gilmore as they navigated family issues, coming of age, relationships and more.
Now we got a chance to venture back into Stars Hollow with a wonderful Walmart holiday ad featuring Graham, Scott Patterson (the wonderful diner owner Luke Danes) and Sean Gunn (fan-favorite Kirk). In the short commercial, Kirk carries a package into Luke’s, where Lorelai enters to receive a coffee maker from Luke.
For fans of the show, it feels like a warm hug (or big cup of hot diner coffee).
