FIFA to open new office hub in Rabat, Morocco
December 18 – In a further decentralisation of the organisation, FIFA have announced that the world governing body will be opening an office in Rabat, Morocco.
Alongside Miami, Paris and Jakarta, the Rabat office will serve as one of four major FIFA hubs. The office in the Moroccan capital will host a mix of personnel from different departments. Morocco will co-host the 2030 World Cup and FIFA said the office in the Moroccan capital will be opened next year.
