18-year-old grappling phenom Helena Crevar locks ridiculous calf slicer at UFC Fight Pass Invitational 10
Eighteen-year-old Helena Crevar showed Thursday just why she’s being deemed by many a grappling phenom.
At UFC Fight Pass Invitational 10 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Crevar submitted 32-year-old black belt Maggie Grindatti with a crafty calf slicer submission in regulation.
Crevar secured the leg submission from the back and then grabbed hold of Grindatti’s neck and torqued. Despite Grindatti’s submission prowess, she was rendered helpless and tapped.

Crevar has risen to notoriety despite her youth through her strong social media presence and association with legendary coach John Donaher. She is the youngest ADCC World Championship podium placer ever, as she was 17 when she won silver in 2024. Crevar competes mainly at 65kg (143.3 pounds) and is currently a brown belt.
