Latvian cruiser Milan Volkovs (11-4-2) meets Argentinian Christian Fabian Luis (13-4) with the vacant IBF International title at stake on tomorrow (February 21) at the Arena Riga in Riga (Latvia) in what is the professional boxing main event on a big martial arts show that is expected pull in about 8000 spectators.

In the co-feature IBF European middleweight champion Jevgenijs Aleksejevs (19-0) defends the title against Italian Damiano Falcinelli (17-2-2).
