Multi-modal transport network for Dallas means all roads (and rail) lead to the ‘Death Star’
April 7 – With nine matches slated for North Texas and the Dallas Stadium in Arlington, the most of any venue this summer, local planners have unveiled a transportation strategy designed to move hundreds of thousands without the wheels coming off.
With 30 airports serving the area, the plan leans heavily on a stitched-together, multi-modal network of rail, bus, rideshare and road, all funnelling fans toward Arlington, Fair Park’s FIFA Fan Festival,
