Four tales from the booth
New York
An impressive lineup, from president and acting CEO Joe Ianniello to "Entertainment Tonight" co-host Kevin Frazier, spent time at the podium Thursday as CBS celebrated its upcoming 20th Super Bowl telecast.
The network, as usual, is going all-in for its presentation of the Feb. 3 game in Atlanta, enlisting help from the entertainment, news and, of course, advertising branches for a telecast CBS gets on a rotating basis.
"We broadcast the game three years ago," Ianniello told the audience of executives and media representatives, "and we started planning for this event three years ago."
Specifics of how CBS will present the telecast can wait until we actually know which teams will be involved.
