Justin Baldoni’s Wayfarer Entertainment Sets Up $25 Million Social Impact Content Fund

“Jane the Virgin” actor Justin Baldoni’s media company Wayfarer Entertainment has been acquired by 4S Bay and has in the process established a $25 million “social impact” content fund, the companies announced Wednesday.

4S Bay acquired Wayfarer for $10 million to form the affiliate SG Wayfarer, LLC, and they set up the initial investment of $25 million to create social cause-driven shows and content with focusing on “highlighting inspiration, unity and the power of human connection.”
