Greenville County Deputy Coroner Kent Dill said in a news release that the victims were 28-year-old Leanna Marie Mulle and 68-year-old Arthur Walker Hill III, both of Greenville.
Sheriff's Lt. Ryan Flood told news outlets the two were found dead in a motel room Monday afternoon.
