Restaurant review: Sheba al-Yemen on Central

Invite a friend for breakfast at Sheba al-Yemen and you could sip sweet, milky Adeni tea while you wait, gazing through the storefront window as Central Avenue comes to life. There's something therapeutic about the filling and emptying of the bus stop outside WAMC Performing Arts Studio across the street, and much soothing about Yemeni tea spiced with cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg and strengthened with evaporated milk. The menu says it's available only from the 8 a.m. opening until 2 p.m., but go ahead and ask, as it's readily available anytime.
