Warriors expect Andrew Bogut to join team during upcoming trip

The Warriors expect center Andrew Bogut to join the team sometime during its four-game trip next week, a team source has confirmed with The Chronicle.

Bogut and Golden State are finalizing a one-year, minimum contract. He has received a letter of clearance from Australia's National Basketball League, where he recently won MVP with the Sydney Kings. A news conference is scheduled in Sydney on Wednesday evening Pacific Time, a source said.

Though the Warriors have yet to pinpoint an exact day for Bogut's return, they anticipate having him sometime during their upcoming trip March 13 at Houston, March 16 at Oklahoma City, March 18 at San Antonio and March 19 at Minnesota. Bogut is currently figuring out the best way to acquire a U.S.
