A’s Jesús Luzardo, shut down with shoulder issue, feels ‘fantastic’

The Oakland A’s top pitching prospect, Jesús Luzardo, “feels absolutely fantastic” as he recovers from a shoulder injury, according to Athletics manager Bob Melvin. Luzardo, shut down for four to six weeks, has not yet resume throwing.
