Giants place Derek Holland on injured list, recall Dodger-killer Ty Blach

The San Francisco Giants, needing a fresh arm for an overworked bullpen, placed starter Derek Holland on the the injured list Monday and promoted Ty Blach, who has had the Los Angeles Dodgers’ number over the years.
