The bank, based in Camden, Maine, said it had earnings of 91 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs, were 92 cents per share.

The bank posted revenue of $51.4 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $41.3 million, topping Street forecasts.
