Valley Christian’s baseball team did it again.

The Warriors, who have won eight Central Coast Section titles — all since 2000 — including the past two Open Division crowns, scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to knock off Mitty 3-2 in the West Cathlolic Athletic League championship game at Santa Clara University.

Down 2-1, Valley Christian (26-4) tied it on an RBI triple by Eddie Park, who scored the winning run on a one-out bases-loaded single by Mark Fairweather. It was the 12th straight win for the Warriors, who are The Chronicle’s No. 2 team and are No. 26 nationally, according to the MaxPreps computer rankings.

Park scored the first run of the game in the first on an RBI single from Jonathan Cymrot. Mitty tied it in the sixth when Connor Leaverton scored on an error. Each team finished with four hits.
