Indeed and he was involved with many of them at junior level prior to becoming head coach.
Those kind of relationships dont happen overnight.
Mind you, he would certainly sort out those who want to play for him/Leeds and those that cant be bothered.
He'd make an excellent coach for Leeds but, he would still need to find a way to change half of their pack and bring in at least one quality HB, maybe two.
