US Open Day 7: Nadal’s Press “Collapse,” Young Reaches Fourth Round
James Waterson and Lauren Lynch report on the day’s news from day seven of the US Open. Rafael Nadal beat David Nalbandian 7-6, 6-1, 7-5, then suffered cramps in his post-match press conference that forced him to lie down on the ground (making most there think he “collapsed”). After his episode, Nadal said that he was suffering severe cramps on both sides of his legs, and that he was going to be alright.
