Kevin Durant ruled out for Game 1 of NBA Finals; DeMarcus Cousins questionable

Warriors forward Kevin Durant hasn’t played since straining his right calf in the third quarter of Game 5 of the second round in Houston on May 8. Though he has done some light shooting on his own, Durant hasn’t been cleared for on-court work with the team.
