JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — The state of Missouri is declining to disclose the identities of those who have paid licensing fees to grow or distribute medical marijuana. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services denied requests for copies of forms filed with licensing fees. Downtown Development District Executive Director Davis Rhorer says the bikes should be up and ready to ride by March.
