Three people, including a 1-year-old girl, were killed Tuesday after their vehicle spun out and crashed during a period of heavy rain in Camino (El Dorado County), authorities said. The collision occurred about 6:30 p.m. on Highway 50 near Camino Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol. A 51-year-old Fremont man driving 60 mph westbound on Highway 50 lost control of a 2005 Volvo S60.
