[Men's Volleyball] Men's volleyball opening weekend postponed

Saint Ambrose (Iowa) 

St. Ambrose had its opening weekend of men's volleyball postponed due to anticipated weather conditions. The No. 6-ranked Bees were scheduled to open the year at No. 1-ranked Grand View this Friday before hosting Graceland Saturday. Both matches will be rescheduled on a yet-to-be-determined date. St. Ambrose will now open the season next Tuesday at Saint Xavier.

It looks as though the western terrace wall will be knocked down for the new season. They have already knocked down the north west end of it due to the works on the north stand.

Also found out today that the club will apparently be installing electrical hoarding boards for around the pitch.


This is going to sound wet, but I hope they do something to protect player welfare with the wall replacement, whatever it is.
