Disturbing footage shows the moment a 'maniac' van driver mowed down a police officer, crushing him against a parked car. Kaine O'Connor reversed into PC David Kerr at speed while trying to flee in a stolen van outside a nursery. The 23-year-old also ploughed into a number of parked cars and lifted an Audi A3 - with a mum and young child inside - into the air after ramming into it.
