Liberal MP Kelly O'Dwyer has announced she will not be recontesting Melbourne's blue ribbon seat of Higgins at the next federal election. Ms O'Dwyer, one of the Liberal Party's most senior women, has sited 'complex' and 'very personal' reasons for her decision to resign from politics.
