Out-of-control lorry smashes through hospital wall injuring two

An out-of-control lorry crashed into a hospital wall and injured two patients in northern . The dramatic clip, filmed in Benxi City in Liaoning Province on January 21, shows a lorry suddenly smashing into the corner of a hospital building when several patients are resting in beds. Two patients next to the wall hit by the lorry had minor injuries. The case was being investigated.

Firefighters rescue 450kg buffalo trapped in deep hole

Firefighters rescued a 450kg buffalo that had become trapped in a 32-foot-depth hole in southwestern . In the video, captured in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province on January 16, a firefighter and the buffalo's owner were lowered down into the hole with rescue ropes and manage to tie them to the animal. According to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, the northbound lane of the Kilpatrick Turnpike at the N. Canadian River and overflow bridges will be narrowed to a single lane so officials can re-stripe that section of the turnpike. The narrowing of the lane is expected to last from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
