A backyard deck collapsed at a Sunset District home in San Francisco on Monday, sending two adults to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, firefighters said. Building inspectors were on the scene at 1683 39th Avenue to try to determine a cause for the collapse. The identities of the victims were not immediately known.
