NEW YORK (AP) — The latest on developments in financial markets (all times local): 2:10 p.m. Stocks got a bump higher in afternoon trading after the Federal Reserve indicated that it could leave interest rates alone in the coming months, taking a pause from its credit-tightening program. The Fed also said Wednesday that it was prepared to adjust how fast its bond holdings would decline, if necessary.
