(AP) — The Latest on a border shooting (all times local): 9:45 a.m. A U.S.-Mexico border crossing in Arizona has reopened following a shooting in which U.S. Customs and Border Protection says a CBP officer shot the driver of a vehicle attempting to cross into Mexico. The mayor of Nogales, Arizona, had told a newspaper Thursday night that the wounded man was killed but CBP spokeswoman Teresa Small told The Associated Press on Friday he wasn't dead.
