A man allegedly raped a seven-year-old girl and then killed her with the help of his father in outer Delhi's Nihal Vihar following which the accused duo were arrested on Monday, police said. The accused, identified as Rajender (21) and his father Ram Saran (51), are residents of the same locality as the minor, they said.
