Suspected hare coursers attack men with chains

Two men were attacked by a group of suspected harecoursers with chains has been captured on video. Footage obtained by Lincolnshire Live appears to show a man exiting a car with a chain before smashing the window of two men giving chase, and then attacking them. The incident took place on Sunday, February 17 near Bardney in Lincolnshire. Education overhaul bill passes 1st hurdle in South Carolina
