The series, "Destination America: Jewish and Muslim Migration — Histories & Trajectories," begins Wednesday at the Muslim Unity Center in Bloomfield Hills. The theme is "Off to America." Other lectures are "The Allures of the Melting Pot" March 19 at West Bloomfield's Congregation Beth Ahm and "Diaspora Politics" March 26 at Detroit's Wayne State University.
