The court which found former estate agent Jason Rohde guilty of murdering his wife Susan and staging her suicide was "mentally cruel" in an "unfair" trial, according to his application for leave to appeal.
Authorities in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir Tuesday directed private schools to ensure enrolment of students of all communities, an official said. "If any private school is found involved in breaching of the government norms in vogue, strict action will be initiated against the erring school, including cancellation of the recognition," Kishtwar Deputy Commissioner Angrez Singh Rana said.
