Chhattisgarh High Court's Chief Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi has resigned from his post after being appointed as judicial member in the anti-corruption ombudsman Lokpal. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra has been subsequently appointed as acting chief justice of the high court, a notification of the Union law ministry dated March 22 said.
