Pair accused of luring children at gas station

Two adults are accused of attempting to lure children at a Chevron gas station on Three Notch Road in Mobile. A clerk at the gas station said the two adults could be seen in surveillance footage trying to entice two young boys. The clerk said the woman tried to buy them ice cream and candy, but she didn't have any money. The clerk also said the woman was touching the boys inappropriately, running her fingers through their hair and hugging them.
