A home CCTV camera caught a truly awful attempt at trash collection in West Yorkshire, England, today (September 11), as the truck knocked over bins and swerved around a small residential street. According to the resident, who owns the CCTV, this type of wild driving had not happened before. He commented: "Not sure this is how the council should empty bins."
