Oni će spojiti most s kopnom s obje strane. Riječ je o 12 kilometara dugoj cesti koju se Strabag obvezao izgraditi u 30 mjeseci za 478,3 milijuna kuna. Potvrdila je to Državna komisija za kontrolu javne nabave odbijanjem žalbe grčke tvrtke Avax na odluku Hrvatskih cesta da odabere Strabag za izvođača radova na toj dionici.

TN engineer who invented engine running on distilled water

A mechanical engineer from nearby Tirupur district, who claimed to have invented an engine which ran on distilled water, on Thursday sought police protection, saying he received death threats over his inventions. Soundararajan Kumarasamy, a resident of Vellakoil, had received a letter on September 14, threatening him with dire consequences, if he continued his research on the engine, police said. Soundararajan petitioned the West Zone IG and also Deputy Commissioner of Coimbatore, seeking protection.

Morgan Credits sells 2.3 pc stake in Yes Bank

Morgan Credits, a promoter group firm of Yes Bank, on Thursday said it has sold 2.3 per cent shareholding in the private sector lender. "The proceeds will be solely utilized to prepay substantial portion of outstanding Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of MCPL subscribed by various schemes of Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Company (RNAM)," the company said in a regulatory filing.
