A Russian man has been forced to publicly apologise to his region's leader and citizens for his "unacceptable" crying at his sister's wedding. The apology was made after a video of the unnamed citizen shedding a tear at his sister's wedding in the south-western Russian republic of Chechen was uploaded to social media.
