Construction of flyover between Handique Girls’ College point and Bamunimaidan to start from January next year: Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma

It may be noted that the flyover has been constructed using SOPD fund involving a financial outlay of Rs. 316.11 crore. The total length of the flyover is 2.28 KM. The foundation of the flyover was laid on 29 January, 2022 and it was scheduled to be completed by 29 July 2024. However, the construction of the flyover has been completed in just 19 months.
