NEW YORK — Former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez was convicted on Friday in New York of charges that he conspired with drug traffickers and used his military and national police force to enable tons of cocaine to make it unhindered into the United States.
The jury returned its verdict at a federal court after a two-week trial that has been closely followed in his home country.

Depends if it’s counted on the balance sheet as loans. There’s creative ways of turning a positive. If it’s not subject to repayment then it’s not a loan and if it’s not required to be repaid then it will likely just appear as an injection of funds. If there is no outgoing or agreement to repay any amount then I can’t see how it would negatively impact.
