Family of potential victim in brutal 30-year-old cold case found in Monterey County

A nearly 30-year-old cold case is one step closer to being solved.

Monterey County residents Louisa, Reyna and Rosa Morales said all they have left from their brother, Alejandro Rodriguez, are some photos, his birth certificate and the letters he wrote them.
