Little by little, economy class improving

News from Delta and United this week about in-flight service constitutes a reminder that airlines are gradually turning their attention to economy class passengers after years of lavishing perks and amenities in business and first class. American is adding faster wi-fi and Alaska Air is adding a whole new look and feel in economy class.
