49ers’ Buckner sidelined; Ford limited, Garnett has surgery

Defensive tackle DeForest Buckner was sidelined with a mild toe strain Thursday and pass-rusher Dee Ford was held out of team drills because of knee tendinitis, head coach Kyle Shanahan said. In addition, guard Joshua Garnett had finger surgery and will be sidelined for three weeks.
