KOKOMO, Ind. (AP) _ Haynes International Inc. (HAYN) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $3.8 million.

On a per-share basis, the Kokomo, Indiana-based company said it had profit of 30 cents.

The alloy products maker posted revenue of $126 million in the period.

Haynes International shares have risen 8% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $28.53, a decline of 32% in the last 12 months.
