Airport construction projects irk fliers — and not just at SFO
The U.S. is undergoing a boom in airport construction projects that will make air travel a lot more palatable for travelers in the future. But right now, that boom is creating serious hassles at a number of major airports while the work is going on.
That's the conclusion of the latest J.D. Power and Associates survey of North America airport satisfaction, which polled more than 32,000 travelers who went through a U.S. or Canadian airport in the past three months.
