Deal: Europe fares fall below $400 roundtrip
When Europe cools off in winter and spring, tourists stay home, but planes keep flying. To try and keep those planes at least partially full, airlines have slashed fares to less than $400 round trip for flights to a variety of cities across the continent. To get the deal, you must fly between January and March for the cheapest tickets. Deals are still available in April and May but appear to be slightly higher. Yes, these can be cold, wet months in Europe, but that's not all bad.
