I see where you are coming from but putting a first refusal into the contract is an option that doesn’t have to be taken but worth having imo.
I understand what your saying but I can’t think of one successful returnee that was as good as when he left,it took Tomkins years to find his form again as we all know,no I too am of the view if you leave you leave.
