HOUSTON (AP) _ Noble Midstream Partners LP (NBLX) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $39.4 million.

On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had net income of 65 cents.

The provider of oil, gas and water-related midstream services posted revenue of $190.8 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $146 million, or $3.08 per share. Revenue was reported as $703.8 million.

Noble Midstream Partners shares have declined 18% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 30% in the last 12 months.
